Please note that your subscription to helenaantonaccio.com is a legal contract between you , the credit card processor and helenaantonaccio.com. Once you have submitted your credit card information or other form of payment and entered the members area to take advantage of the benefits of membership, you are confirming your agreement to the terms of membership. The agreement is not revocable after you have entered the members area. Your submission of your credit card information constitutes agreement to the terms of membership. Your IP address and other information will be retained to verify your identity and usage of the site. Chargebacks will not be accepted unless you submit proof to processor that your credit card was stolen. Anyone who attempts to dispute the membership fee after taking advantage of membership will be investigated and, if appropriate, prosecuted for fraud. Membership is granted under this contract only to the individual credit card holder. Anyone who discloses their user name and password to others and/or posts it on the internet will be subject to having that membership terminated immediately and without refund for any unused portion of the membership and billed for damages agreed to be no less than $1,000 US.
